We visit the lot or the property, talk through what you want to build, and flag anything about zoning, setbacks, or soil that will shape the plan.

Written Estimate
An itemized estimate covering foundation, framing, and finish, with a real start and finish date. Free, and 10% off if you reached us through this site.

Plans & Permits
We coordinate drawings, submit to the city or county, and schedule inspections. You get copies of everything.

Build & Walkthrough
Foundation, framing, and finish work on the schedule we wrote down. We walk every room with you before the final invoice.
